Classes

In this class, students of all levels learn and grow through skill-based training. Class will spend a few weeks focused on a small set of skills- Beginners will focus on strength, technique, and the foundational elements of the focused skills, while more advanced students explore progressions, variations, and full expressions of the same skills. Everyone is supported at their own pace with options tailored to their level.

Prerequisites: This class is geared towards students with prior silks experience. Students should be familiar with basic skills such as:
* Footlocks
* Hip Key
* Basic Climb
* Russian Climb
* Ability to invert from the ground

Intro to Aerial Silks

In this 4-week intro series, you will develop the foundation needed for a strong technical practice in aerial silks. Learn to climb, understand basic wraps, and perform accessible poses and beginner sequences in a small group setting with close instruction. Get ready to take flight while building strength, flexibility, and creativity! No experience required.

Signing up for this class will secure your spot in the whole series, scheduled for the following dates:
